Focus on esoteric Japanese Mountain practices to stimulate and define your Reiki practise. Immerse yourself in an intense 4 days of deep spiritually energetic work.

Be supported by your fellow students who practice the same teachings as you and by the Reiki teachers, Frans and Bronwen Stiene.

The Sequoia Retreat Center is a magical place of healing amongst the Sequoias, with majestic waterfalls, walking paths, vegetarian meals, and cosy wooden cabins.

Retreat from the outside world, go inside, work hard and uncover more of your great, bright light.

It will be full on, but you can do it!

Food?

Fabulous meals are provided throughout the retreat. They are vegetarian California-style with an emphasis on fresh organic, local foods (with some vegan and gluten-free options as well). Each day will consist of:

  • Continental Breakfast
  • Hot lunch with a sandwich bar
  • Hot dinner

All meals and accommodation are included in the price.

Beds?

Yes, gorgeous mountain accommodation is included. Accommodation is in triple occupancy cabins.

You are also welcome to stay offsite and come in daily for the Retreat and meals.

Your Teacher, Frans Stiene

Frans Stiene is a Senior Reiki Teacher and researcher at the International House of Reiki. He teaches and gives talks annually in North America, Europe, Australia and occasionally Asia. Frans is the co-founder of the International House of Reiki with his wife, Bronwen, with whom he also wrote such critically acclaimed books as The Reiki Sourcebook and The Japanese Art of Reiki.

Need help with your meditation practice? Then take a 1/2 hour private meditation class with Frans Stiene, senior teacher at the International House of Reiki. The system of Reiki works with very effective meditation practices, but if you aren’t practicing them then they’re not going to work for you.
